Gamebryo has not evolved much, the same core features & legacy issues still exist in this game that were in Morrowind 14 years ago.

Again, where have I once said the game isn't good? from jump I've been saying it doesn't look that great and you are so pressed you can't handle any type of criticism of it.

The entire witcher world can't not be excessed without loading screens, did u even play that game, the witcher map is split into parts were u can't excess it in real time, shyt is a segmented open world game

No u didn't, u went go straight to graphics bro, started talking about the tech advances and I had to stop u where u was at, u can say graphics and be correct, but tech advances isn't only about graphics. And fallout 4 is using the tech

I expected a upgrad in graphics(which it is) and even more storylines, side quest and features(which is what we got). Name a game that is doing close to what fallout is doing wit best of the gen graphics?

it's not the "same engine". it's the "Creation Engine", not Gamebryo. yes it's an iterative engine, just like Cryengine, Unreal, Frostbite, REDengine, Source, idTech, etc

Witcher 3 definitely had better graphics and was complex too. It is fractured, but Velen alone is like the size of skyrim, right?

Fallout looks alright. Not great, but alright. I'm playing on PC at 1440p, nearly all ultra too (only thing that is high are the god rays)

Witcher 3 just looks a lot better for an open world game. It had its issues (pop-in occasionally), but it was a graphical masterpiece for being so fukking big.

Mgsv looked alright. Not great by any means, but it was cross gen, so what do you expect?

But graphics don't really matter in Fallout. It's all about the glorious sense of wonder that comes with exploration

First you say I don't own Fallout 4, now I didn't play The Witcher 3

What next B? You stay jumping to the wrong conclusions and you have no idea what you're talking about to be honest. If we're talking about graphics and I keep referencing the graphics engine I couldn't care less what YOUR point is about when I'm talking specifically about the graphics.

I'm in there now too. there's a lot of them, plus turrets and shyt. I been quick-saving my way through

graphics and atmosphere are pretty nice in that building

Fallout is probably my favorite series in all of gaming. Fallout 1 is my favorite game of all time.

I will cape for this IP all day long. That being said, they're essentially selling us a reskinned version of a 2008 game.

The core gameplay and RPG elements are top notch. The game is amazing, as all are canon entries in the series. But let's be reality here, as $60 paying customers, it's getting kind of pathetic that Bethesda has sold us Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, and now Fallout 4 which all use basically the same graphical engine.

For one of the biggest studios in all of gaming, to be this "stagnant" in the graphics and presentation department is a disappointment.

Fallout 4 is a very good game. The graphics aren't horrible, but they are quite dated. Wonky ass physics and mechanical hiccups. The game itself is as good as we expected.

It COULD be the TIPS and guide thread if yall quit with the typical coli style thread derailment, I mean you know what to do if you don't like a game, movie... etc don't buy it play it or talk about it.. This isn't like sports where trolling the other team is fun and encouraged, you hating B..... Damn, you ran out before even seeing the deathclaw? Well, I ended up going back into the Museum and sniped it from the roof. You can use other guns besides the minigun.
