Console commands...

So if you are playing on pc you can open the console with the tilde key...

and then type help "item, perk, etc" 4

so since i wanted the 4th rank in the hacker perk right off the bat without having to level up to do it...

i can do help hacker 4

it shows me all the codes for the hacker perk

i try them all out and for example i find that 000xfdb is the code for hacker perk 4

so then in the console i type player.addperk 000xfdb

poof i have the hacker perk at level 4 allowing me to hack all consoles right off the bat...

outside of mods, console commands are the reason to get this game on pc so you can reset or force quest that crap out

Yes this shyt is technically a joke now way deserves a 9. Mgsv and witcher 3 are in another league

They sacrificed graphics/physics for content.. They've always done this & will continue to do it. When u sit and think about how much coding goes into weaving all these quests and stories & shyt together.. It makes sense that something was gonna get less attention.

MGSV.. Beautiful and all.. Is widely regarded as a disappointment

Fallout 4 on the other hand is the GOAT whether it looks like a next gen title or a PS2 title

Think tech is only about graphics, fallout 3 was deeper and more technically advanced then 99% of the games that released last gen

nikkaz out here comparing it to linear games where u Can finish in 6 hours

Mgs5 one of most boring games I ever played and was called open world None of those games can hold a candle to fallout and could never pull of what fallout is attempting to do.

The amount of side quest alone is probably longer than mgs5, I see u post in every other game thread talking wild shyt but never actually have the games.

Start off wit one word, look and see how many letters that word has in common wit the actual password, and next go threw a process of elimination and take the words it can't be out

U get 4 try's, after the 3rd one leave out and start over until u get it correct

It does look different and has a different environment clown

Compare a game that greatest achievement is its graphics that can be ended in like 5 hours


to a game that focuses less on graphics and more on atmosphere, branching story line, side quests, fully open world, Every character having dialog and half of them having they own side quest missions, some of the smartest enemy ai, building settlements and maintaining it, 100s of different buildings, caves and vaults to be explored

U dudes blow it sometimes, crying about a game u don't even have and being wrong about what u crying about

The gpu utilization is weird in this game. It's at 80% on both gpus for a minute, then it drops to 35% for no reason, all in the same building. Still haven't dropped below 60fps yet though

Combat shotgun use to always break on me in a jam in fallout 3

Metal gear has a lot of the same graphical shortcomings. Outside of the characters faces it really doesn't look that good. Fallout 4 looks a lot better in motion than photos would suggest. It doesn't look as good as some of the better looking games this yen, but it doesn't look "last gen"

And you can't just strictly talk about graphics without talking about scope. As always there's a trade off.
