you gotta be careful with them bobby pins. Always search feral ghouls when you kill them. They often have one or two. Also, save stimpacks for emergencies. After you get the food sanitizer just rely as much as you can on food/meat you scrounge. Whenever you kill an animal collect that bytches meat
