I work at a hospital thers prob like 300 black women out of a staff of 2,500 and about 30 black men.

I know, I ran and sold a staffing agency and had to deal with nurses and managers day in ...day out

The only men were in accounting and the CEOs..... It was frustrating to deal with 90% women but
it taught me how to pre-empt and use their own passive aggressive bullsh!t against them

I can't imagine what it's like being an employee in a female environment ...
