To me, I'll put it like this, when the NFL is at it's best......it's better. The problem is, that's VERY RARE.

If MORE games were played with the intensity of todays SF/GB game, with that type of quality or the quality of the SB last year then it'd be a different story. But week to week many of these games feel meaningless and seem to be played that way at times.

As it stands, with a few exceptions the majority of the Sunday Night & Monday night primetime matchups are a major LET DOWN each week. And these are supposed to be the marquee teams on display.

Most CFB games are blow outs.

On a week to week basis the NFL games are far more competitive and exciting.

The only thing CFB has on the NFL is the running game.
The fact that Teams can dominate games and win games off a run game makes CFB unique.

I think some of y'all don't understand that I'm talking from an "entertainment" point. For me, it's Packers over everyone, but after that? Take the Packers out? Then I'm more excited about the 2:30, or 7pm games on Saturday than I am about any other game on Sunday.

thats exactly how it is with me. Saturdayi'm up at 10 watching games all day cause it's so many different styles of teams it's exciting and more fun to watch. and it's definitely better crowds, more fukkery, more ether.
as for Sundays i'll wake up 10 mins before the Saints kickoff, be fully involved in the game then when it's over i'm like not as invested interested in other games

I don't see how people follow their favorite college team week to week when over half the games they play are against teams that don't deserve to be on the same field.

There's typically a few good matchups every Saturday, so it makes for a good appetizer
