You're missing the point. I understand that the skill level of the NFL is ridiculously high. I realize that every 2nd string and probably 3rd string QB could play for most NCAA teams, but that doesn't make the play any less shyttier. Are you watching this Cowboys/Giants game? You're telling me that 2 college teams can't play a cleaner game than this? You wouldn't watch a Michigan/Notre Dame, or a Georiga/South Carollina game instead?

That's ludicrous.

Of course but that's becuz its easier. Not everyone on a collegr field had pro potential so some plays ate easier to make.

I don't understand how anyone can cheer for a school they have no ties to. How the fukk does someone cheer for Notre Dame, Aurburn, UCLA, ect when they probably never even step foot at that school's campus :heh:

but again,

missed tackles make shyt looks sloppier, but they are because offensive players are more talented in forcing them.
the deflections and picks happen because defense actually knows how to play the game and be well aware. how many times do we see a WR WIDE OPEN in a college game ? Im not even trying to hate, but good talent has it really easy at CFB because they destroy lower level of competition.

Your connecting 2 different points

Yes, id rather watch mi/nd over any nfl game because its more entertaining (intro to outro)

College game is NOT more clean. At all...not close...devin gardner had a solid game last night. The play he did in the end zone, the INT, would be one of the worst plays in nfl history. Way more overthrown balls and missed easy scoring opportunities... Field goals all being :lupe: status alone makes it less clean.
Breh, did you see what Gabbert did today? Eli on the very first play of the game? And that's just 2 examples. There's just as many ugly plays in the NFL as in college.

I think some of y'all don't understand that I'm talking from an "entertainment" point. For me, it's Packers over everyone, but after that? Take the Packers out? Then I'm more excited about the 2:30, or 7pm games on Saturday than I am about any other game on Sunday.

The reason I posted what I posted today is some like to use the "quality of play" argument, when theres just as much shytty play in the NFL, with 100 less teams.

See, that's a cop out. You say that missed tackles, or tipped passes are because the the offensive players are better, and defense is aware in the NFL, but think that's not the case in college? Come on, you're smarter than this.

I get what you're saying and agree to a point. TO ME, the SF/GB game today was pretty great. Just an exciting game to watch all around, especially from a neutral standpoint.

But that ONE game can't cover up every other game today.

Personally from week to week I don't come away with the same feeling for NFL that I do watching CFB

You only play up to your level of competition breh.

The college game is NOT easier when compared to the itself....and that's all you can compare it to unless you played an NFL vs college game.

So you're gonna act like Peyton Manning didnt just throw for a zillion yards and TDs against the defending SB champs the other night?

Im going to say that both sides of the ball play better in pros. why is this even an argument ?

a nfl offense has a much harder time against a nfl defense.
a nfl defense has a much harder time against a nfl offense

Im not sure what your talking about here, at all.

That's the point. Not everyone on the college level is looked at as pro material.

Hey cornball - how is that any different than the majority of NFL fans that root for teams from places they've never lived?
