I worked for 3 or 4 financial advisors in 2006, the thing I found interesting was the idea of firing your clients. As in; they had big books of business, and THEY were deciding "yeah, fukk this dude, I don't wanna work with them".

They measured each client with the following matrices, 1-5:

Investment balance with us
Investment balance with others
Future investment potential
Family history with firm
Center of influence (this one was very interesting to me)

So, COI would be like, if someone was retired from GM, has good NAV in brokerage accts, but is just a guy with a wife, and has never sent referrals, his COI is 1 or 0...he influences nothing really, and if he is annoying, we might fire him.

If someone was on the board of U of M regents, or works for various charities, or owns many businesses...maybe they're an influential CPA in the area..they talk, people listen...they're COI rating is 5...they MATTER.

From there, they would call their own customers in, and fukkin 'deavor them. Like "yeah, I enjoyed working with you but its best if you begin to pursue another advisor. I wish you the best in all of your future endeavors .

I thought that was really cold at first, but I see the value in it. That's how it WORKS. I use that matrice a lot now when allocating my time professionally. I don't waste my time if its not WORTH my time. If you have good money but won't grow, or you're annoying me and its not worth it...I'm not gonna run after you.

BHP Billiton ( oil rigs)..always hiring...alot of nikkas cant handle the trip to the rigs..alot of the new entry level cats...come in dumb as fukk...i have seen over 300 arms get yanked completely off from them tryin 2 stop the hydraulic screw pump motor from spinning with their hands when nobody is lookin..and somebody is always lookin,but they dont kno that..

ya vacation/pto days add up fast...u can sit out 6months n get paid..n get the same overtime u normally get which is alot...u get to travel alot ive been to trindad and tobago, arizona, new mexico, cali, canada, indonesia,gabon, angola and australia and singapore

n its dumb asses all around the world

u gain experience quickly because alot of the guys are willing to help u move up and make the real money

Stop worrying about the delivery guy dropping your package at your door or tossing your shyt. The containers and trucks we load the packages in are 8 feet tall and packages fall in those on a consistent basis. Your package gets tossed going in the container, it gets tossed coming out, it gets smashed sliding down the converyors, it gets smashed in the truck, we smush it to make it fit in the container for density purposes, etc...

In other words pack you shyt right because what the delivery guy does is the least of your worries.


All Priority and Express mail shipped from the Post Office is given to FedEx. So if you want to save money use the Post Office, its gonna get shipped FedEx anyway.

Everybody is fukking....if you got a girl and shes working in a nightspot best believe shes fukking one of her co-workers
everyone is getting p*ssy from security to the bartenders, even the dude that used to walk around collecting empty cups and bottles was getting some, at the end of the night when we were closing up there was always a bunch of customers that were waiting around to leave with various members of staff........ a lot of times we would do parties after we were closed which basically turned into orgies...
I used to have a couple of dudes that used to run credit cards through and we would split 50 -50 we always kept each transaction under $5000, one day he put $14000 in and it went through, couple of weeks later i get a visit from the feds I basically told them a dude hired out the entire vip...luckilly nothing came of it..

everyone is on fukking drugs or if not drunk out their minds.......females are nasty, the female toilets were always disgusting, we had a cleaner once break down in tears after seeing what she had to clean..
Best believe on the speedrail they might be name brand bottles but that aint jack daniels inside the jack daniels bottle, if you ordered a champagne cocktail there aint no champagne in that drink just sparkling white wine..
everyone is stealing, or ripping off customers and if you are tipsy best believe when you buy a drink you aint getting the correct change
I used to have this dude that would hire out the whole club once a month on a tuesday, he would even print flyers for the night but we would remain shut, he would pay me a certain amount of cash and I would give him a cheque minus 30%
A lot of clubs are being extorted by security, sometimes its almost impossible to sack em
