a lot of big clubs contract out to security firms rather than directly employ security...
I know one club owner who sacked the security firm he using, they sent in the wolves and within a month there had been eight fights in the spot and two shootings in the parking lot and he ended up having to re-employ them before he lost all his customers..

In most clubs the pills and coke are controlled by security so either they let in their people to sell or they sell directly while at the same time keeping out any competition so running doors can be extremely lucrative....

club security are just grimey......a random tactic they use is to deny dudes entry for no reason but let it be known that they can gain entry for a "fee" of course these chumps are so desperate to get in the club they almost always pay the doormen the money.....Ive seen em fukk up guys really really bad....I had to fight three lawsuits from patrons who claimed they were assaulted by security...

club security is no joke...most of them are legit fukked up in the head and really know their shyt in terms of fighting....nikkas are looking for a reason for anyone to get out of line with them..i did a stint working as part of a club security team with a homie from a gym..about 5 years ago...all types of fukkery ive seen when a patron or patrons get out of control...nikkas getting bones broke, choked out, robbed, being left like half dead ctc....after a couple months of that wasn't for me

Worked for a eyewear company. Soon, we began to purchase the raw materials ourselves and produce our own glasses. For what its worth, the materials cost about $1.00 to produce these expensive ass glasses that can run about $400 to 500. The plastic for the lenses run about $.25 for a pound. Got disillusioned once I found that out cuz I have been wearing glasses since I was in the first grade.

Always, companies like Prada, Gucci, Chanel..... this mafackas don't even make the manufacture the glasses. They have distributors come around and peddle their goods and then slap there logos on the shyts.

Don't get me wrong there are those companies that are worth their merit but, for the most part, most eyewear is on the come up profit-wise.

We had to sell subscriptions to magazines (Entertainment Weekly, Sports Illustrated, wtc.) and subs. to Netflix/Gamefly for numbers for the store. We had to sell a certain amount every day. Well our store wasn't getting the numbers that we needed and our managers were getting bytched out by the GM. so they decided to make it competitve. Whoever got the most subscriptions during their shift was winning shyt. (Gift cards, a day off, free lunch, etc.) so people started doing dirty shyt to get the numbers for the freebies.

This is how the process works: You tell the person "Oh wow, you're in luck you get a free 2 month subscription for *whatever* (if it was a man I'd say SI, a woman EW, and if they were buying movies Netflix, buying games, GameFly)with your order today. I just need a credit card to sign you up " At this point, usually the smart people are like " What's the catch? Does it renew automatically? Do I have to pay for it?" Then we're supposed to tell them they have to cancel before the 2 month period is over or else you get billed. Then the smart people are like "Nah, I'm good" The dumb people are like "Word? I get something free? here's my card!!" So those were always easy.

So now here's the fukked up part......since we were having that competition, people were getting the subs. by any means necessary. Some people weren't even telling people that they were getting signed up for subs. They would just scan the subs. then ask for their card like if they were ringing them up. They would have them confirm it and sign it (since most people don't read what they signing anyway), and then act like something went wrong so that they could actually ring them up the right way. Now these people are fukked.....they gonna start getting these subscriptions in the mail and not know how they got it, that they're being billed and how to stop it

We had sooooo many people coming into the store about to shoot that shyt up once they got their first bill from whatever it was that was sold to them.

I never did that shyt tho. I wouldn't want that done to me, so I said fukk it if I win, I win. If not But I'm not gonna do nobody dirty. I'm just tryna get paid to pay for my school....fukk all this other shyt.

Yeah I know. Best Buy is pretty obvious with their ripoffs. Geek Squad is bullshyt too. Muthafukkas be trying hard as hell to sell you some extra bullshyt with the Laptops. I heard they were charging people for hooking up a PS3. Just evil.

Yeah luxotica makes like 90% of those frames. Cartier is one of the few that makes and sells their own.

Worked in corporate HR, anyone who had a recommendation from within the company automatically got the job over the ones who didn't, or at least an interview.

Now, overseas contracting:
Contractors and gov't civilians get paid 3x+ as much as soldiers, and do 1/3rd as much work, and live in better conditions.

90% of the civilian jobs could theoretically be done by the military.

I knew some contractor bytches sellin p*ssy and making good money while doing so due to a lack of competition.

dependin on the company...u start off 8-12 an hour as a galleyhand(the kitchen) n roustabout which basically a janitor..... climb the ranks n gain experience n become driller n make 50-70 an hr..depending...

i started off at a landrig..for eog resources...as a roughneck..im a derrickhand now offshore..for bhp

landrigs dont make that much money but u gain the experience..

u gotta be in shape n have the stamina they usually have 100-110 hrs a week..and u get paid ya time off to help with ya traveling cost..if u got family n wanna go home...

they also have mancamps if u willing to go all out...u rack up ya vac time quickly ...n get those paid months off..i always take my time off end of may...til like the 30th of sept..i fukked with the job durin hurricane season..i aint like that shyt...

its alot of hrs..but they go by fast, u always got somethin 2 do..u dont have sit around time like u do at regular jobs...

when ya direct deposit hit...

everyone is getting p*ssy from security to the bartenders, even the dude that used to walk around collecting empty cups and bottles was getting some, at the end of the night when we were closing up there was always a bunch of customers that were waiting around to leave with various members of staff........ a lot of times we would do parties after we were closed which basically turned into orgies...
I used to have a couple of dudes that used to run credit cards through and we would split 50 -50 we always kept each transaction under $5000, one day he put $14000 in and it went through, couple of weeks later i get a visit from the feds I basically told them a dude hired out the entire vip...luckilly nothing came of it..

everyone is on fukking drugs or if not drunk out their minds.......females are nasty, the female toilets were always disgusting, we had a cleaner once break down in tears after seeing what she had to clean..
Best believe on the speedrail they might be name brand bottles but that aint jack daniels inside the jack daniels bottle, if you ordered a champagne cocktail there aint no champagne in that drink just sparkling white wine..

I used to have this dude that would hire out the whole club once a month on a tuesday, he would even print flyers for the night but we would remain shut, he would pay me a certain amount of cash and I would give him a cheque minus 30%

it got to the point where I had to start saving their numbers as NAME - CLUB NAME


if your girl go to the club a lot, you share that girl
