If I thought it was relevant to my topic I would have discussed HARP. Its great if you're underwater with a rate that is higher than the current market.
But if you're not....then its not a good time to refi is it? If you're variable with low ltv and a rate at prime..why would you refi right now?

If the customer has a variable with a low ltv, then the banker aint even gonna bring up refinancing unless the good variable % is coming to an end soon and the banker gonna put it his in calender to give them a call a month ahead of time and tell them instead of it rising to 5-6% why not just refinance for 15 years at 3.15% or whatever the rate is at now

And one time, I was preparing this report to send to a vendor for their particular product....and if we had sold enough of this vendors product, then we would get a sizeable kickback from them.
So I finished the report and the amount was short. So when I sent it to my supervisor, he was like, "change it....we need to meet this goal."
I was like So he changed it and I guess we got the kickback, I never wanted to ask any further. I damn sure wasnt gonna change it b/c if something came up, they'd have looked at me, not him.
I thought this company stood for integrity and family values, etc.
Then they'd throw these BIG ASS parties/pep rallies that had to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars....then they'd be whining about how sales are down.

Plus, when you rent a car, we over book. So the fact that you made a reservation don't mean we have a car waiting for you. We were sold out all the fukking time. People coming in like, "I got a reservation," and we'd tell em we were washing it or some shyt, but we were really scrambling on the computers to find a store that had a car. Some times we just had to tell em, "sorry we aint got it.". If you left any kind of valuables in the rental, we was keeping that. We had cars that came smoked out, had guns in them, vomit, all kinds of shyt. We'd vacuum it out and run it thru a light car wash and turn around and rent it to a family with kids. There was a bunch more stuff, but I'd have to write an essay to talk about it all.
Later on I might write about what the banking industry is like. I worked as a personal banker for a little while. People were getting fukked there too.

If you got fukked by a small credit union i cant speak for that. Since those arent even banks. Thats why they are called credit unions. They arent even fdic insured. I can only speak for actual banks like chase and wells fargo.

I was on the SOHH board under a similar name and always respected the knowledge you kick, as well as all my Chi posters (unless they are being reckless and ignorant).
