I remembered that later on like :wtf: I didn't have my glasses or contacts on. I was thinking about this chili w/ bean mix I had earlier with 12g of protein per serving.

I think I said, cottage cheese has like 14g of sugar instead of protein.

please do, I spend no less than $50 and I thought I was going cheap with it.

U spend 50$ a week on food:krs: a 10 piece of chicken thighs is less than 5$ here,guess it depends where you live....I buy a punch of eggs and make egg sandwhiches and shyt like that...the peanut butter sandwhiches of course....I done start buyin them lil 1.50$ rolls of turkey burger meat,them shyts cheap and got quite a lil bit of protein I wuz makin 2 juicy burgers a day outta them bad boys....had to get my casserole game up....I know how to make a good azz tuna casserole now for pretty cheap I can throw a bunch of shyt into that I need...

Honestly, I didn't really break down how to read food labels.I might a do a separate of video detailing how to weed through b/s, and what nutrients to look for, such high fiber.
High fiber is anything in the 4g+ range
