Eating healthy is expensive

I'm a broke ass college student who spends 25-40 a week on food. No protein or added supplements.....

I hit all my protein and caloric goals....

but then again:

I'll break down, how I do it one day.....

nikkka i would live off 20-25 a week on food in college. i would always buy $10 worth of canned beans,vegetable medley,(carbs/whole grain), sometimes $3 peanut butter (protein), 2for $5 fruit cups, and always 2 for $5 shredded wheat cereal.

you can still live fairly good off processed foods. nikkkas sleep on cereal but it has alot of nutrients/vitamins in it.

Yep it's something like that, but I've also researched, how to get the rid brands and not fall victim to the marketing hype.....

Honestly, I didn't really break down how to read food labels.I might a do a separate of video detailing how to weed through b/s, and what nutrients to look for, such high fiber.

High fiber is anything in the 4g+ range.....

4.2g of sugar = 1 tbsp
Imagine when you see cereal or candy with 40g+ of sugar :scusthov:
