Excuse my ignorance here, but why haven't we seen Sting vs Undertaker?

Sting was smart enough to know that he was never WWE material, if onl his delusional fans could see this. I mean I loved sting back in WCW hey day, but yall actually want to see a person using a 80's face painting gimmick fight one of the goats

THe nwa and even wcw was always of higher quality than the wwf.
The only time that changed was when scsa visited Brian pillman's house.
Other than that,...wwf was always the weakest.

Sting always had higher quality work.
Plus, until mankind debuted....
Taker had no one on the opposite the side of the ring who was believeable as opposition in the wwf.
All because it was so horrifically booked and phoney as hell.

As a matter of fact,..back in the day.
When mania came on,...
Clash aired the same day and was always way better.
Mania did not become worth watching as a quality viewing pleasure till the mania's in the attitude era.
As a matter of fact, mania is back to being as horrific of a program as they originally are once again.

Only thing aiding mania is wwf raided talent that can always be counted on to deliver.
Yet, wwe last year attempt to bury said talent like db versus sheamus last year.
also,...i easily over sting above the undertaker any day of the week.

as, sting is the guy who gave the undertaker rub as a draw, anyway.
if not for the feud with sting.
The undertaker would never have been seen as valuable to the wwf.

Sting's not interested in coming to WWE just to be buried by WWE wrestlers. He said he regretted not doing the UT match back in 2011 after Jeff Hardy shytted on him drugged up in the ring at VR, but I think that was just momentary anger talking. I definitely understood his concern...its just a shame that it never happened. Ah well, looks like nothing else was talked about. I heard an interview recently that he was very close to signing back in 2011 or something.

not talking, standing in the rafters and sneak attacks isn't dark or supernatural. My Jeff Hardy comparison comes from the fact that Sting is simply normal badass wrestler who choose to do the things he did. At the end of WCW he talked all the time. And even joined a version of the NWO.

he can't control fire like Kane, he was never a evil satanic cult leader like Taker with the Ministry of Darkness.

Sting is just a dude with a cool look that's it.

Silence is scary as hell when done right, the not knowing what someone is doing nor why they're doing it and that someone is only speaking through actions can drive a person nuts. He didn't have to be mythical, mind games are very much on par with supernatural powers.

It's what gave Sting that mythical aura that has cats still talking about a match between he and Taker a good 10 years after the in ring portion of the fantasy match could actually be "good"


him vs Taker could be a lot of fun storyline wise to this day even with both being older and slower, clearly Taker would go over but that doesn't mean they couldn't have fun on the way to that conclusion.

Well I guess you've never seen the crow... that is where the gimmick is based. For those who are mad need to realize that in this, the fukkery era, the build for this may have been horrendous. WWE Creative misses easy storyline lay ups all the time.

I've seen the crow, Sting didn't die and come back to life somehow. he was a guy in cool make up who used great sneak attacks to get the upper hand of the heels. him and taker are not alike at all. to me anyway
