I always give TNA a chance because I was a fan but you right, they big trash now. :lolbron:

When Kurt Angle came in and got all the gold :wow:

I thought Hernandez was going to be TNA champ for a smooth three years and it never happened :mjlol:

Impact has improved immensely since D'Amore and Callis took over. People just still sleeping on it.

for some time now I've wondered what WWE's biggest problem beyond the typical "bad booking" & "poor leadership" and I just think WWE (and wrestling) are outdated. I keep thinking maybe wrestling can't be a good TV show while also being a good live show, that you got to choose one or the other. The best TV shows now run for about 10 to 12/13 weeks and take a whole year off to create new storylines, characters as well as progress what is already going on. WWE never takes time off and often just has to go with what works on that day with no concern for anything long-term & that makes for bad Television. But with Vince's supposed quote of "it's not supposed to be good" my guess he is fine with that as long as money keeps coming in.
That's a cheap cop out especially for the amount of talent they have, and the fact that they choose certain months of the year to show emphasis on "trying" to make the product good.

wwe pro wrestling is dead for the simple reason: too many scumbags that been working in the company for many many years. From the shytty ass writers with no love for the wrestling, to the scumbag wrestlers themselves trying bury other wrestlers careers in wwe. Imagine you are new upcoming guy making your dream come true to work for the company just to realize you are a god damn nobody doing these stupid ass embarrassing gimmicks and not having a chance to shine because of these damn old wrestlers still winning titles because vince and the rest of the company dont know what to do with the fukking talent they have :snoop:

Thats why I am happy when some of these wrestlers make a good career outside of wwe. The Rock being the very best of them, now he's a movie star and he don't have to work in that smelly ass racist toxic environment with such scumbags like triple h

and with internet exposing wrestling business they been like "fukk it we might as well do all the corny shyt and make ourselves clowns" for a while

and then these god damn backyard indie wrestling promotions like the czw or iwa (if that shyt still exists) who have absolutely no talent at wrestling torturing their bodies in these death match redneck hillbilly shows ruining the wrestling image even further because of big companies like wwe making clown outta themselves. It's like if they are clowing we clowing too :hubie:

Seriously the only reason why WWE is still standing is because they have basically monopolized pro-wrestling. Once WWE goes down its taking pro-wrestling with it. Watch.
it is the main reason, and then when you look at those small wrestling shows all around this country you get to see that they are the same damn clowns with no wrestling talent cutting garbage ass promos because they learned that shyt from such a "great" wrestling minds like vince russo :mjlol:

They haven't though, Pro Wrestling is probably at its best as far as talent having places to work now.

Pro Wrestling has been around since forever, it would never die.

Because the contrarians haven't showed up.

You fags and that contrarian shyt. Are your feelings hurt THAT much by someone having a different opinion? Go have a good cry about it. :heh:

And there aren't any "contrarians" in this thread because everyone agrees the WWE is pure shyt. There are just those of us who don't waste our time rolling in said filth and complaining about the stench.

This XFL shyt may be a blessing in disguise though. At the end of the day, no matter who you all like to shyt on for reps, daps, and safe opinions it all comes back to Vince. Hopefully he throws himself into this XFL shyt with such vigor and enthusiasm he becomes more hands off with WWE and we will see SOME improvement. How much depends upon a number of factors but I assure you it couldn't get any worse.

VINCE MCMAHON is the problem. You all are just torturing yourselves until he's distracted or dead.

First of all you need to tone that shyt down, I wasn’t talking to you but if the shoe fits then feel free to put that motherfukker on.

It does fit because I've been labeled that shyt before by morons who can't defend their safe opinions. Calling someone a contrarian is a fukking copout. Lame shyt. I'm not going to derail the thread by going back and forth with you on the shyt but I will say that all of TSC agrees on about 80% of shyt so the fact that certain people get so upset about that 20% they have to put people on ignore (:mjlol:) or whine about it passive aggressively in random threads is both hilarious and sad. Y'all gotta get off that shyt.

As a finishing school, they're cool.

As a development from scratch territory, they're not up to par at all.
Not up to par compared to who?

How have they failed?

Tyler Breeze dope promo, dope gimmick that was Rick Martel/Shawn Michaels hybrid. And he can work his ass off.

He got called up and got shyt! That wasn’t on NXT god. There was no explanation of his character, no vignettes, no funny segments or catch phrases to set the tone. They just threw him out there in a one bullshyt feud and hurried him.

HE WAS CLEARLY READY... COULD BEEN SELLING SELFIE STICKS OUT THE ASS.

American Alpha has a great thing going... THEY WERE CLEARLY READY... you had a 2 Kurt Angle/Steiner Bros. Who put on great matches. Played off each other well... GOT CALLED UP, GOT THE BELTS AND THEN WERE OFF TV FOR TWO MONTHS!!!!!

They were clearly ready...

Who has NXT failed? Bayley? She had superstar for kids written all over her. They should given Bayley her own Nick Jr. mock interview show like Miz TV, where she wasn’t even aware how much of a dweeb she was. She shoulda been hugging the whole roster at the most random moments in segments where you didn’t expect her. It was easy as hell.

Sasha had Urban Crossover appeal written all over her. She shoulda been on the Breakfast Club arguing with Angela Yee (a work ofcourse) her whole character was Love and Hip Hop in Wrestling. Her debut should have been a HYPED thing, her debut shoulda been like her Takeover entrance. Bodyguards, fireworks etc.

They put no time into character work. That’s not NXT, NXT greatest great characters.

Authors of Pain were powerful and mysterious... They take their cool looking Mask and PAUL ELLERING AWAY. AND WHEN THEY FAIL WE BLAME NXT!?!?!?

AOP was supposed to have a dope vignette with an Ellering voice over showing his legacy with the Road Warriors etc. then he says they are the new version of that or some shyt. GIVE THEM AN INTRO AND GIVE THE AUDIENCE CONTEXT FOR WHAT THEY ARE SEEING. ITS COMMON SENSE.

It’s not a matter of NXT homegrown gimmicks failing to get over on the big stage.

NOTHING GETS OVER ANYMORE.

Samoa Joe went to NXT at age 36. At that point he’s been a 15 year pro (started out with Cena) and had a ready made distinct character & fanbase. What did he possibly gain as a character or wrestler spending age 36-38 in NXT? The only thing that happened was two of his remaining good years was wasted not being a valuable part of WWE roster. Sure enough, he’s been injured half the time on the main roster and is now 39 with the clock ticking. Similar stories can be told with Balor, Nakamura, Roode. They didn’t need NXT at all, it added nothing to their presentation and only served to waste valuable good remaining years. Having those guys that were ready for the main roster taking up spots in NXT only served to take up spots they could have better used to see if guys like Corbin, Crews, Breeze, Elias could possibly cut it in top positions. Not use guys everyone already knew could cut it.
