Steph had a great 2-3 year stretch, but he isn't on the Bron, Mike, etc. tier AT ALL. He'll probably be solidly in the top 15-20 when he retires, but no higher. KD could've possibly gotten there, but he chose the easy route to titles then blew out his achilles.

I personally don't think Bron is on an MJ tier either...not with a 3-6 Finals record with multiple super teams at his disposal

As for Curry that's fine, at the end of the day
Steph led his team to multiple championships
Won 2 MVPS one Unanimous
And led his team to 73 wins and 5 straight FINALS, he's in the history books and that's an impressive resume for any small lead guard in the NBA

You're undestimating the power of that show at the time and how that was the sentiment for most of the media. Curry literally was the golden boy. Who could do nothing wrong.

Remember this right around the time in the NFL where people were killing Cam Newton for being celebratory so much. Lots of players got called out for what they were doing in the NBA. Steph...not so much.

It doesnt bother me. Just saying the media played up a certain angle. Which wasnt Curry's fault.
