Just because complex doesn't call their clique a "boys club" doesn't mean a clique doesn't exist within it.

Both ak and joe have mentioned on the show playfully that there was an "inside group" of complex employees that do everything together and she was apart of it. That was b4 everything blew up too.

For Nadeska (and most ppl) boys club = all male white guy clique.

For Joe boys club = catch all phrase for all little "inside cliques". Regardless of gender/race.

She specifically spoke on the boy's club angle (known to be all white males), which is true she wouldn't be part of a group like that.

Reading between the lines is why I figured that there is an inside clique at complex. That is diverse and has males and females in it. Which wouldn't be what most ppl would call a boys club.
