Joe mentioned she got bumps in her pay for the success of the show, which led him to believe she was part of the inside clique/ boys club at complex. Because she was being "taken care of" but ak and joe weren't. She didn't deny getting bumps in pay. She really didn't deny being in a clique/boy's club inside complex.
Seems she just went "do you know how hard it would be to be in a corporate boy's club as a young black woman?"

bytch is dumb She should have fought for Joe and Ak to benefit from the shows success which would be mutually beneficial for her. Her pulling that black woman card
is a deflection for the issue and looking for sympathy. I cant knock Complex for taking care of their own by sharing profits. It might be company wide dependent on the success of an individuals show/article. She is staff whereas Ak & Joe were contracted. In hindsight they would have negotiated profit sharing before they signed the first contract.

That's not really a denial, but goes to the point I made. Saying how hard it is to be embraced by any corporate boys clubs =\= I'm not getting paid under the table cause I'm in a clique at work. She is arguing semantics. She attacked the "boy's club" angle because we think white dudes when that's said. That allowed her to play the black and female argument. She didn't say anything about not being in a clique at work or getting paid extra.
