That's not really a denial, but goes to the point I made. Saying how hard it is to be embraced by any corporate boys clubs =\= I'm not getting paid under the table cause I'm in a clique at work. She is arguing semantics. She attacked the "boy's club" angle because we think white dudes when that's said. That allowed her to play the black and female argument. She didn't say anything about not being in a clique at work or getting paid extra.
