I dont see why ya'll hate Nadeska so much and before I make an obvious conclusion about it...lemme check out some old episodes to see if I get it. I do agree she be petty with joe sometimes when joe always talking over her or rushing her through the the topics but its really not as bad as yall make it seem. Some of ya'll damn near come off as BOTHERED by her very presence.

Yeah I think she's doing a pretty solid job and the chemistry and pretty good between the 3 of them for the most part. The issue is really just Joe sometimes can act like he doesn't want to be bothered and Ak is just captain obvious. The show just is what it is.

nikka clearly just rolls into Complex's building, goes to the pre-production meeting, and goes on the show winging everything. Of course you not going to be informed on shyt, cause you not interjecting any feedback as to what you want to talk about.

Dude just collecting a check. If he really wanted the show to be great, he would care more and change the regular cycle of artists that they discuss. Honestly, the shyt should be like a live action hiphop forum, with a mix of current news going on, and then just general hiphop topics that hiphop fans all know about.

For example, when the word 'Stan' got put in the dictionary based off of Eminem's song, they should have had the same discussion that we had on here. Whether or not Eminem or Nas made that term what it is today in hiphop culture. They didn't even talk about it at all.

I swear I could come up with better topics to just talk about related to hiphop than they have... and that's just from being on boards for over a decade.

Joe is supposed to provide a balance, but Complex and AK's fanbase and interests are overpowering the discussions they have because Joe isn't doing shyt about it.

But I was hating when I said we could get 4 coli nikkas and make a better show. Dudes acting like Ak wasn't a coli nikka. He is exactly who he was on the forums.

We know what Joe and AK are about. Ive been watching this show on a regular basis and the problem is Nedeska. She is not a good moderator. She constantly complains about not getting through the topics or she ruins the topic by saying, "Joe's gonna shyt on this, you're not gonna like this, let's just get through the topic or she just blames production for the topic". We don't need to hear that and If she just kept it moving, we wouldn't even know they weren't getting through the topics.

She sabotages the flow of the show when she gets flustered and complains about the show's topics. They're not replacing Joe or AK, so she's gotta go.

Nadeska can get bytchy and slick mouthed but she isn't the root of the problem lol...her frustration with the process of the show is just leaking over to the camera which unfortunately makes her look like a villain.

Who is the only one of the 3 whos not complaining about the process of the topics ?.. think for a moment.

The topics reflect Ak's audience.
Joe could change that if he wanted and make it more balanced but I'm guessing he doesn't care enough to choose the topics he likes and just wings it.

Joe is never gonna know who 99% of these new artists are and he's not gonna do research, so why Complex keep doing the same thing and hoping for different results ?? Chops and Lyric need to give Joe more reign over production like on his podcast or else he's gonna keep sabotaging the show everyday. Nadeska can do her job in peace when Joe is content (he's a human dice roll)
