Stumbled on this interview from 2014 No Love Lost: The Public (and Private) Life of Joe Budden n he aready had the idea for a hip hop first take. I didn't realize this was his pitch, wtf he need complex for? Salute to Dame, if there was ever a show u could fund yourself its a panel YT joint like this. Joe seems to be ahead of the curve and behind at the same time. He gets credit for his net savvy etc but had rosenberg hold his hand thru starting the pod.. there's a disconnect somewhere?

The disconnect is that Joe is not a CEO/organizer/executioner, he's just a creative. Do you think the set design would look the way it does with Joe? What about the filming, editing, and promotion, and just the overall production value of the show? It's one thing to have ideas, it's another to execute them. Joe also has issues with reliability and consistency. Some of ya'll shyt on Rory but w/o him then Joe's podcast probably ends a year ago. Joe is the type that needs to just be told when to come in, be himself and go home or do whatever. Any other responsibilities beyond that he won't do.

joe budden hates talking about the same rappers but hate talking about new rappers. They cant win and im a joe budden fan. Dude needs to chill out. When they cater to him he gives a quick a 1 sec answer with no depth. Like the black question. Its a valid question. He wants to joke around everything and attack AK. Its stupid. The show is great when they both speak about the topic one after the next.

before everyday struggle you heard rumors about how bi-polar joe was but this show really puts it into perspective.

one day he's happy and smiling and joking. the next day he's angry and lashing out at everybody. you can see how mentally draining it is for nadeska at times dealing with joe and you can see how on edge nadeska and ak are every morning because they don't know what joe they're going to get lmao.
