Your reasoning behind me not liking Nedeska's professionalism is childish. She's just bad at her job. The moderator's job is to know when to engage, move on to the next topic or stay on a topic if Joe/AK are making their points or being entertaining.
The reality is, Joe and AK are not going anywhere. So, make the show better by getting a moderator who isnt afraid of their job and doesn't get emotional when twitter nerds go at them.

@ Joe complaining about topics but not providing any input for what he wants to discuss.
nikka clearly just rolls into Complex's building, goes to the pre-production meeting, and goes on the show winging everything. Of course you not going to be informed on shyt, cause you not interjecting any feedback as to what you want to talk about.
Dude just collecting a check. If he really wanted the show to be great, he would care more and change the regular cycle of artists that they discuss. Honestly, the shyt should be like a live action hiphop forum, with a mix of current news going on, and then just general hiphop topics that hiphop fans all know about.
For example, when the word 'Stan' got put in the dictionary based off of Eminem's song, they should have had the same discussion that we had on here. Whether or not Eminem or Nas made that term what it is today in hiphop culture. They didn't even talk about it at all.
I swear I could come up with better topics to just talk about related to hiphop than they have... and that's just from being on boards for over a decade.
Joe is supposed to provide a balance, but Complex and AK's fanbase and interests are overpowering the discussions they have because Joe isn't doing shyt about it.
He's told them he doesn't want to talk pop culture or about the same 7 rappers every show. Yet, production continues to bring up those topics. Which is why Nedeska struggles doing her job when she's already is bad at it, and we get shyt comments from Joe.
They really need to change their topics.
And I'm sure he doesn't give any suggestions on what topics he wants to discuss anyway, so like I said, of course he's not going to have many topics his way when it's COMPLEX show and AK is familiar with all the shyt that COMPLEX wants to put out there.
Joe crying during the show doesn't mean he's actually formulating ideas/concepts and discussions behind the scenes. That's probably why Nadeska can't stand his shyt cause she knows he ain't putting in any work, and he's just up there playing a character when she's preppin'/researching shyt and Joe just comes in oblivious to everything.

Akademiks needs to start standing up for himself, watching him be Joe's punching bag is getting annoying.
There were about two instances where Joe talked himself into a corner with no way out and then turned it back to Nadeska and Akademiks just let it slide.

That's because Ak is mentally an 18 year old. He wants to be one of those nikkas so bad. He's pushing 30 and is the spokesman for teen rappers.

An 18 year old can see through Joe Budden's bullshyt, I can't tell if Ak just doesn't have a backbone or if Ak is just intimidated by Joe.
AK carries himself like a child. A GROWN ass man with a grown man mentality ain't goin' when Joe talks like that. He talks to act like a child because that's how he carries himself.

rory and mal don't have that problem because they're confident enough in themselves and that what they're saying is right which is why joe doesn't punk them as much as joe punks ak.
