I would love to get Minkah..I suggest swapping the Eagles 1st round pick with Miami 2nd round pick and giving up a third rounder (or any DB on the roster- hesitant on Maddox though)
The only issue with him is- he only wants to play one position. I always thought he was a perfect Jenkins replacement but sounds like he doesn't want to be that guy. He can play CB although I think safety is his bread and butter

I think a second rounder and fourth or fifth plus Rasul is fair.
Just cause I know Howie will never deal a first rounder for a player. I dont think he has ever done that.
Miami is trying to tank and reset so i think they are lookin for young players on rookie deals and draft picks.
Rasul is at least a starting caliber outside with a lot experience for a third year player. I would think Miami would like him. Cause of playing time, it doesn't make sense to bring in Minkah and keep Rasul on the roster.
Like Nystate said, Fitzpatrick is a Jenkins replica for when the time comes that he hangs it up and i think it will be a god send to have two players out there like that.
I heard he wants to stick to one position whether it be safety or corner because he was frustrated being moved all around on the Miami defense from outside corner to the slot to safety.

The interesting aspect is positional value, if teams see him as a safety ...I doubt Miami gets 1st round since alot of teams dont value safeties now if a team sees him as a CB, they may get a 1st rounder.
