Stop it...Youre not allowed to basically hit anymore in the sport because of fear of concussions but ur allowed to hit someone with bare knuckles to the face....hockey people logic is the worst thing about the damn sport.

Believe it or not, there is a reasoning and strategy for why players fight in hockey. Not everyone does.

One good fight can fire a team up and turn the whole momentum of a game around.

This is complete pseudoscience nonsense and can apply to any sport if it actually had any legitimacy. There's no scientific basis behind fighting in hockey. It's just cac coddling and privilege.

I'm black bruh. You sound like an idiot man, just shut the fukk up.

A number of posters already gave you the reasoning as to why it's used as a tactic where it's CLEARLY legal and within the rule books and you're just talking about some other shyt. Hockey is a highly skilled sport that requires a ton of strategy due to the speed and physicality of the game,.

You sound like a weak ass bytch crying about grown ass men fighting. fukk outta here p*ssy.

I dont give a fukk about fighting in hockey what the fukk don't you understand. Either you 20 shades deep in the autism spectrum or you just blindly in love with hockey. I grew up around it and playing it. There is no reason hockey should be allowed to have fighting if other sports dont besides tradition and a weak as double standard. You have not presented anything that disproves the double standard this sport has with violence. There's no evidence that allowing fighting reduces injuries or anything like that. Again, I don't care just say you enjoy fighting instead of making all these excuses. I played hockey and college football. I enjoy violence but I don't dress it up and make all these excuses, just say you like watching two idiots punch each other in the face instead of acting like it's integral to the success or flow of the game

Always knew hockey was complete garbage, this just confirmed it. Bunch of grown-ass men watching other men fight while the crowd cheers on. Yet if you had two men wanting to fight in say a walmart or some shyt, they would be arrested. shyt is straight trash.

Makes sense there's no fighting in football. I don't want to see some maniac like Vontaze Burfict or James Harrison literally murder somebody on the field.

So NFL players play with more emotion than NHL players now? :russell:

And if you're saying NFL players are stronger so would somehow rip each other apart, forget it too

Vontaze Burfict - 6'1", 248 lb
James Harrison - 6'0", 242 lb

Dustin Byfuglien - 6'5" 260 lb
Steve Macintyre - 6'6" 265 lb

Again it's a legal way to keep the emotion within the game. It can translate into momentum swings. The players and fans are mostly for it.

Yes I enjoy fighting because I'm not a little p*ssy like you and if someone calls me a ****** or checks me from behind during a game and it's within the rules that I can beat the fukk out of him, best believe I will. And in hockey, it's allowed. Dude, all your doing is inserting your irrelevant in opinion which no one gives a fukk about. At the end of the day, hockey is a entertainment and within the rues of the game and the strategies implemented in the game, fighting is apart of it. What the fukk do you not understand about that? You've never fukking played hockey before other than road hockey on your street you fukking bytch. If you did you wouldn't be acting like such a p*ssy about grown men wanting to settle their differences on the ice after getting your face smashed into the boards getting hit from behind on a dirty play multiple times with no calls.
