By a technicality...he's right but not many guys in the last 25 years can say they were UNDISPUTED CHAMPION and a lot has to do with the ABC organizations themselves and not wanting to Unify for whatever reason. The IBF was notorious for years stripping guys or not allowing unifications hence fighters usually vacating for bigger paydays AND a belt.
