I like it. fukk UEFA. I rather the top 5 clubs of every big league go at it. Devaluing the EPL,Bundesliga, La Liga, and CL.

Most clubs woukd be focused on beating the best of the best instead of playing 20+ crap teams for their domestic cup and having damn nears the same 4 or 5 clubs always in contention.

Would they even care about domestic anymore?

Would you see a Paul pawgba playing on Saturday against Brighton or in the big money league Tuesday against Real Madrid
I think if people really think the domestic leagues are devalued then they think too highly of these big clubs

is it football > clubs or football < clubs

these teams will need to continue to dominate their leagues or they will lose the prestige of the super league

If Leicester wins the EPL 4 years in a row and is consistently playin in the champions league final, i think viewers will take a liken to the more accomplished team

this imo could be like some Monday Night Wars wit the WWE/WCW but UEFA is scared and doesn’t want competition so they tryna shut it down

Lebron about to make a billion alone off this :wow:

For all his social activism work (and rightful praise), LeBron is slowly becoming a guy who regularly chooses the side of money and fellow billionaires if he doesn't speak out against this. He owns only 2% but he has the platform to speak out against the others plus he could let himself get bought out.

I like LeBron but he basically turning into Oprah. Using race issues and making some symbolic moves like opening schools to build your rep but slowly becoming the establishment by prioritizing making money and becoming part of the elite. :francis:

But I know this board thinks becoming a billionaire is uplifting your people and choosing equality over wealth is c00ning.:unimpressed:

Gotta get PSG and Bayern Munich in on this. Otherwise it's like creating a super league in the CFB and not having OSU and USC.

All European Teams got compltely fukked minus those 15.
Those who did not make it will never recover again. And there are bigger teams than Arsenal and Spurs who did not make the cut.
They better get together and force those in charge to kick these 15 teams of our their respective domestic leagues

He already owned 2% of liverpool before increasing his ownership in the Henry group. He owns a lot more than 2% now.

It is essentially creating an Americanized league, which Lebron would understand the most. This has nothing to do with race or activism.
