Sooo the Knicks team record means Melo as a player isn't good?

30 year old melo is not that good.
Denver Nuggets Melo was good.

Team records do kind of reflect how good a Superstar player is.

Not always, but most times than not, yes.

You see Kobe missed the playoffs during a time when he was arguably the best player in the league, but there were other factors at play, such as Conference opponents, division opponents, and overall team talent.

Give That Kobe Amare or KP and he doesn't miss the playoffs, even in a tough conference.

FFS boston just had the 1 seed with IT as their superstar. The Hawks have been a top 3 seed with Horford being the "superstar"

Melo was a top 3 offensive talent, that is not the case ANYMORE.

Melo shooting about 4 to 5 less shots a game than he was when he was avg 25 and up specifically what you hoe ass knicks fans asked him to do shoot less pass more.

Get your facts straight

:lolbron:So he shot less... that means he became more efficient right and had a higher fg% as well?

:lolbron:So he passed more...that means he averaged substantially more assists in the last three years than his career averages right?

Come on son give me some that free smoke :troll:

nikka go look at his point totals for each game of last season :gucci:

He's STILL a threat to drop 25 on you

Misread it. My bad. :hubie:
He's still in the low 40s for me.

We also ask to him play more defense. Be a more willing passer. Move off the ball in a ball motion offense. Stop pounding the ball and Improve his shot selection. But he still hasn't done that. He's also playing fewer minutes, too. His game is getting further away from the basket and he's settling for alot of contested mid range jumpers. His FT rate has decreased . That's why he hasn't averaged 25, too, which was inevitable with his declining athleticism.

Yeah actually he did went for a career high 4.2 assist a cpl years back with a career hight in rebounds 7.7 and a career low in shots taking about 18 a game think it was 21 the year before. So he took less shots and upped his assist and rebounds. Last year the assists fell back down I think fisher motivated Melo to play better team ball. Last year he still only took about 18 shots a game tho. So this melo takes 25 shots a night shyt needs to stop. The fg percentages werent about what he normally shoots but he took less shots and got the team more involved

You need anything else :birdman:

Melo is still top 20 though.

Lets see:
1. KD
2. Lebron
3. Kawhi
4. Antetokounmpo
5. PG
6. Steph
7. Westbrook
8. John Wall
9. IT
10. Kyrie
11. Boog
12. AD
13. Towns
14. Dray
15. Harden
16. Jimmy B
17. Klay
18. Wiggins
19. Marc Gasol
20. Embiid

Others: Jokic, Gobert, Whiteside, Blake, Derozan, Dame, Heyward, Love, Millsap, Porzingis, Deandre, Lowry, Kemba, Conley

Carmelos defense has always been an issue, but it is even moreso a detriment to his game at this age.
