Give That Kobe Amare or KP and he doesn't miss the playoffs, even in a tough conference.
Yeah, he does:mjlol:Notice how your not saying give that Kobe the exact same teams Melo had. You're picking two players you're aware of which tells me you never actually watched games but just ran with some First Take Stephen A. Smith rambling. If you gave Kobe the same Amare Melo had you'd be giving him an injury prone defensive liability. The KP Melo has had is a player that's only played two seasons and is growing into the star he will be one day. Neither is helping Kobe get out of the doldrums he was in for a short span of his career. At no point in his career was Melo expected to beat the opponents he eventually lost to. The fact that J.R fukking Smith is in the top 5 players he's played with should let you know the cards dude was dealt

Lets see:
1. KD
2. Lebron
3. Kawhi
4. Antetokounmpo
5. PG
6. Steph
7. Westbrook
8. John Wall
9. IT
10. Kyrie
11. Boog
12. AD
13. Towns
14. Dray
15. Harden
16. Jimmy B
17. Klay
18. Wiggins
19. Marc Gasol
20. Embiid

Others: Jokic, Gobert, Whiteside, Blake, Derozan, Dame, Heyward, Love, Millsap, Porzingis, Deandre, Lowry, Kemba, Conley

Carmelos defense has always been an issue, but it is even moreso a detriment to his game at this age.
Marc Gasol over Melo:mjlol:.

So you already forgot about this:

Amar'e Stoudemire: No. 1 in New York, Does He Have What It Takes To Win MVP?

"During the Knicks' loss to the Celtics, Stoudemire scored a season-high 39 points, his ninth straight 30-point game."

And KP alone would make Kobe a playoff contender. Hes a less smarter pau gasol with more range and more athletic defender.

Danny Green literally can't dribble a basketball but he is ranked ahead of Melo
