Once this guy resigned with NY 3 years ago instead of weighing his options to sign with better teams, he gave up his right to complain about his position. He literally took the money and ran. He has no one to blame but himself for the way others portray him. I'm not faulting him for taking the money (anyone would), but he's gotta realize that he's no longer an elite player, or even a great player. His team hasn't made the playoffs since his signed the extension, and they have no hope of even being competitive for the foreseeable future. He's a declining player on the wrong side of his prime, who is a one trick pony at this rate. I think his best bet would be to get traded to Houston, and compete for a championship. People would forgive him if he got away from that train wreck known as the Knicks.

Man whatever, this is ESPN trying to be edgy. Nobody thinks Lonzo Ball is better than Carmelo right now.
