Didn't know these were a particular group that had a shared mentor/starting point, but I feel like ESPN should've gotten even more out of this class. I guess by the time they got tenured, ESPN was basically bleeding cash with traditional sports coverage though

In their defense, they gave them every opportunity to do so, they just didn’t have the juice like that for the most part outside of Mina.

those shows are for people with jobs who get home in time to watch it, get their sports fix and be held over til dinner.

10 years ago yes, but the information landscape has changed. (And I say that as someone who enjoyed the show too)

Same way 6pm Sportscenter used to mean a lot more. Different times now.

So why did they beat around the bush months ago when initially asked about it?

Sucks for some of those talent as it helped give them the reps to get more comfortable talking on live TV.

If I'm not mistaken, PTI is their highest rated show. They're safe until one of them decide to hang it up
