I haven't watched PTI in like 10 years I used to DVR that ish and watch every day back in the day
I was a loyal watcher for years. One day I fell off and I didnt watch for a comparable amount of time. When I did watch again, after years of Bomani and Foxxworth and other younger cats on pods etc it felt like watching my dad and his friends yell at clouds :russ:. Makes sense that they would be highest rated, as thats the demo that still watches TV.

Hated that dude

:whoa:

If I'm not mistaken, PTI is their highest rated show. They're safe until one of them decide to hang it up

I've always fukked with Kornheiser and Wilbon but I think I slowed down in watching the show once they stopped appearing together consistently. Nothing against Pablo or Frank Isola, but I preferred their dynamic with each other. The irony is I think Kornheiser's absences were due to the podcast he started, which is the same medium that's gonna kill these type of shows.

My Pops Forever RIP
So why did they beat around the bush months ago when initially asked about it?

Sucks for some of those talent as it helped give them the reps to get more comfortable talking on live TV.

Wonder where this leaves Realli though as they don’t have a replacement slot for him? Also, wonder what does this mean for PTI?
PTI ain't too far behind, but that one will end with a little more fanfare.

I still don't get why they're deading this. It's probably the best talking head show they have. But I guess you can never have enough time to talk NFL

End of an era :mjcry:

ATH really gave a lot of people their start on a national scale. I never would've known about Blackistone, Woody Paige, Cowlishaw, Mike Smith, Mike Holley, etc because they were all tied to their local sports markets. Bomani was on there. The first time I heard of Mina Kimes was on there. More importantly several black journalists got put on and had a voice especially during events where sports and social issues intersected. They even had shows with an entirely black panel. Some shows had an all female panel.

I just watched the other day and Woody still had jokes :mjlol:

They need to send the show off with a trip to The Adande Lounge.

He always tried to make it sound classy, but you just know those celebs were doing drugs in that lounge. :pachaha:
