B12 isn't getting $$ from those games and they're still are here, they not hurting so other conferences won't be hurting either.

Think of it like this.
Each conference eliminates OOC foes (no longer need to impress people with OOC wins with a 12 team field) and plays a 12 game conference schedule (all conferences would be mandated to have 16 teams).
12 game regular season (all against conference foes) 1 bye week, then if you're lucky enough you get selected for the 12 team playoff.

for example, your bulldogs would play a 12 game schedule like this

1. at Kentucky
2. at Ole Miss
3. vs Arksansas
4. at Tenn
5. vs Missouri
6. vs South Carolina
7. At Florida
8. Bye
9. vs LSU
10. at Vandy
11. at Miss State
12. vs Texam A&M
13. vs Auburn

that works

The SEC isn't coming off that cash, that's just fact sir.

No coach want to play that schedule above.

They should of been on on New Years Day that shyt was so fukkin retarded.

Move them other wack ass meaningless bowl games around

fukkin dumb
or just put it on Jan 2nd if you have to have the new years day games on new years. Why not have them lead up to the "Main Event" so to speak. instead they had them already be played and imo it took the shine off the other big bowl games

:mjcry: that sucks breh

Lol if you schedule the entire week off it encompasses those games anyway. When you schedule vacation from work you don't take week(s) off at a time
Breh I thought the point would be to get the most possible viewers you can get?:jbhmm:

If people are going to take a week off from work it sure as hell wouldn't be for a college football playoff. The committee is working against itself...if they want casual viewership and solid numbers,i'm sorry but scheduling these games when people are working/doing other shyt won't help.

These games should fall on

A: New Years day
B: Not a fukking party holiday

They could've had the games on the 28,29,and 30th...but obviously the committee wanted the games to held on a major day and it backfired. New Years Eve isn't a fukking day where people get off work,it's also a day where there are other large public events going on. The malls be packed, people be out or want to be out if they could, the committee is trying to force a new tradition and it backfired. I can see them stubbornly going through with this for atleast one more year too.:beli:

fukk it...these organizations need to learn to listen to the people for once. I would laugh if the numbers continue to get worse if they don't switch the schedule :pachaha:

Couldn't have happened to a better group of folks and network.

This what happens when you put games on NYE. But this is also what happens when you don't sell the sport and only sell villains. Couldn't make those rating jump through the roof without a manufactured black villian like Jameis.
