He said the first one.If Stephen A is saying Cam won't win the MVP unless he goes undefeated, I understand that statement.
If he's saying Cam doesn't deserve the MVP unless he goes undefeated, then he's full of it.
One is a comment on how the voters will vote, the other is saying he does not merit the award.
He said if Cam sat out the next two games he should win MVP. He just points out a loss will hurt his case and that Brady will end up winning it.
33 passing. They dont count rushing numbers for a QB. He also has a lowe conpletion % and a qb rating below 100. I dont make the rules breh, im just telling u how it is. Brady still has mvp on lock unless cam can go undefeated
I was going to destroy this post and Stephen A until I actually looked at the video. Then I did some research on the MVP award.
Only one black QB has won it and that was Steve McNair. They only let him share the award with Peyton Manning.
Maybe the breh @Originalman can explain it better, but how the hell did Cunningham not win it in 88 and especially in 90??
He had the TDs, rushing yards and wins. Yet, they gave it to Montana.
So maybe brehs, just this one time in a good minute.....Stephen A was just letting us know how it really is. Cam's got to finish the season perfect in order to be the first black QB to outright win MVP. And the 3rd mobile QB to win MVP (Steve Young, although Steve had a little under 300 rushing yards that year. Steve McNair had just 138)
ETA: Steve did over 500 rushing when he won in 92. So if Cam wins he'd be the first since Steve Young to have that many rushing yards.
So idk brehs. I think Cam still wins it. But a Patriots loss to the Jets and a Cardinals loss to the Packers/Seahawks would certainly end it no matter what the Panthers do. However, Cam and the Panthers can just outright win it by beating Atlanta and Tampa.
