It's a shame a black man so charismatic and so popular was such a c00n.

you have to remember that when you're Black and charismatic/happy and popular, you're gonna get called a c00n by many regardless.

To me, YOUNG OJ grew up poor/rough and just wanted to fly under the radar & avoid issues & not be labeled/boxed in as being Black. As a 19-20 yr old kid, it's understandable.

The problem is he never grew out of or altered that mindset as he grew up and that what was his undoing.

The part when OJ tells the story of a patron in a restaurant said they seen 3 ******s with OJ and he shrugged it off and that was the moment to me that he officially sold out.

This was it for me 2. He was happy that she referred 2 him as O.J and not caring about the fact that she just called people the same color ******s

and even the letter he sent to that guy was some troubling shyt.

The fact that white america looks at OJ's trial as some watershed moment speaks more to me than anything else.
The fact tha tthey had a crooked police system that setup blacks, a terrible case, terrible chain of evidence, no professionalism in their police force nor DA office, and someone got off makes them angry, not because of the bigger problem of the system being corrupt and broken fundamentally, nah, it was a black man. That is literally all they care about.
