After years of false starts and months of rumors about whether it would happen or not, the "Entourage" movie has finally started production.

Series star Adrian Grenier announced the news to his Twitter followers on Wednesday, posting a photo of himself flexing his muscles and revealing that shooting was set to start on Thursday.The big-screen adaptation of the beloved HBO series had been rumored since the show went off the air back in 2011, but recent reports indicated that several members of the original cast were holding off on making a deal due to salary disputes. But those issues seem to have been finally put to rest, and now that cameras are rolling, it shouldn't be long before fans of the series finally get the movie they've been waiting for.

No timeframe for release was given, but Grantland already has high (tongue-in-cheek) hopes for the production.

They have to focus on Ari in this movie. Turtle was in Lone Survivor in a bit role. Eric has done what since the show ended? Drama was in a cancelled show and Adrien smoked weed for 3 years and did not a single thing. Jeremy Pivin has to open big for this to be a hit or maybe they hire a bigger star to focus on because the rest of cast couldn't open a door with help let alone a movie.

Exactly Vince is a lame duck actor that supposed be so good but yet is a third rate member of the cast . Matter of fact have any of these guys done a damn thing since the show went off the air.

jeremy piven has been acting. so has jerry ferrara (turtle). he's been in quite a few movies since entourage ended.

Guess I'm the only one that saw this lol ... shyt I thought it was cool. There were some silly parts but overall fun and entertaining with plenty of laughs but most of all I thought the movie was HELLA motivational. Make a negus wanna get rich!

I'm listening to it now lol. Their opinions are usually in line with mine. I kind of want to see it just to see what happens with Ari. Only person who seemed to have an actual arc on the show that you could relate with.
