It should make the top 30. I would say it is a rung above Batman forever and that is a solid super hero movie for nostalgia purposes. I found it way more entertaining then the Rocketeer

Tbh I don't think I'd be able to make a list for a while I like to let a movie settle in a mind for a while before I give it placement recent movies like Days of Future Past, Winter Solider & Guardians of The Galaxy need a few more re-watches before I decide.

It should make the top 30. I would say it is a rung above Batman forever and that is a solid super hero movie for nostalgia purposes. I found it way more entertaining then the Rocketeer

I'm a fan of it but it's got way too many faults for me to put it on any list of top superhero flicks..and it's definitely not going above rocketeer on my list

naw the Shadow was like Batman and ironfist rolled into one. The only thing cool about the Rocketeer were the movie posters.

Nah. Better music, it stayed consistent with its tone, it had the better villain and it was more confident in what it was trying to do. The Shadow was all over the place and didn't know if it was trying to be a dark film or a light romp.

That I agree with which is why I don't agree with superman 1 and 2 being so high. I get the impact but I think there have been much better films made since then

I don't hold them in that high regard myself I felt part of the reason Man of Steel wasn't held to critical praise was due to many critics being biased toward the Reeve interpretation of Superman that said MOS has it's problems mainly editing, pacing and some script stuff but I generally liked the direction and approach they went with for Superman.

I agree breh. That movie and interpretation is always going to be in people's minds and they won't let it go. It ain't rhe 70s anymore
