I actually enjoyed last season from a pure entertainment aspect. shyt was over the top, but funny at times.. And music was soild for a TV show....

But this season the whole Lyons dynasty Vs Empire storyline is kinda bland, nobody is really funny, I don't care about any of the relationships and most importantly the music fell off...

There really isn't a truly likeable character on there this season. I guess Cookie but her falling for the spanish dude just seems kinda weak...

I'll probably finish watching this season but I don't make it a point to watch it Weds. I just kinda catch it when I catch it

And I think it's unanimous that Power season 2 > Empire season 2

They're purposely poking fun at the music industry, and season 2 went too Hollywood which is why it's starting to fall off. Once season 2 ends there WILL be a season 3 which will go back to its season 1 roots.

My problem with it this season is the actors know they are going to cause twitter outrage, memes with the stuff they do and they can't even hide their glee about it especially the gay brother.

I also don't like it how they randomly do the black power fist, shyt is borderline disrespectful.
