As a long time Stan that’s followed his career since “Slim Shady LP” to now. Listened to damn near every song and every interview where he talks about how much he loves his daughter and how he wants to give her a life he never had.
I very much appreciated this video
He overcame generational trauma and lived long enough to see his daughter become a wife and a soon to be mother.
Not even gonna hold y’all. I teared up when he started crying when he saw her in the wedding dress. The last time we saw him “cry” was in the “Cleanin Out My Closet” video. But that was out of frustration and rage. These tears are out of joy…
I feel bad for even being annoyed about this song when I first heard it but now over time along with this video. It has grown on me and has become one of my all time favorite Em records.
