even if he was, he would still fail.Because he wasn't signed to Interscope and backed by Aftermath.
Perhaps.even if he was, he would still fail.
his mucis is just nothing special. hes a dope technical artist. but this is music not who can rhyme the most words in a bar/sentence
kendrick is a way better artist than elzhiPerhaps.
It's amazing what will gain traction when the machine gets behind it though.
For every Kendrick Lamar there's an Elzhi.
kendrick is a way better artist than elzhi
kendrick has a GKMC, something elzhi could never make
shyt kendricks latest LP >>> elzhis latest,
rich spirit, die hard>>>> the latest elzhis track
im not even a big kendrick fan, but putting elzhi and kendrick in the same sentence? nah you out of your mind.
what does elzhi do, for you to think he should be bigger than he is now?No worries. You tell em big fella.
It was a great project, just nothing original or groundbreaking because he already had a template. This is fair but I felt like he made it his own. On top of that, he had the audacity to touch that album and did it justice. Who else could have done that?
I fukking hope so.Elzhi is in my top 3 and I think it’s a lazy take that he is just a rappity rapper. I’d say his main issue as far as being widely respected is that he had those quiet years after Elmatic. Obviously, he was going through stuff but Lead Poison took so long to come out that his buzz had kinda died down and it was such a dense album that it wasn’t as accessible as people had hoped for. He’s been on a strong run since then though and I think another Jericho Jackson album is coming too.
Kendrick is not on Elzhi's level as a pure rapper. Elzhi is in the elite of the elite. I don't care if I get flamed for this take.kendrick is a way better artist than elzhi
