Was listening to Public radio roadtrippin OT, and I don’t know if the segment changed or what, but some tracks from this album just started playing . I was driving through the fukkin stix like
... “lemme go back and revisit this album... maybe I was too critical ”
? Hope we get a sequel with this song on it. Never heard this before. Their first album was one of the sleeper albums of 2018.

At the time I remember my biggest criticism seems kinda silly in hindsight. Every joint was fairly introspective, conceptual, or otherwise content heavy. I was hoping for just 1 or 2 more dumb-out stupid flow joints with just rapping about rapping (for lack of a better phrase). Now that some time has passed I really appreciate all the content and gems though.

i would strongly agree. as someone else mentioned its some of his best rapping. but not only b/c of elzhi, bm and rj killing it on production. this was one of their best albums. i remember villa manfestio being good but havent heard it in a few years.
