I see it at MY job. These white boys don’t do shyt but TALK.

And it’s specifically them. Aside from a couple c00ns and 4ft mexican dudes, these the only cats that are an issue.

These dudes will talk about football all fukking day despite never playing the shyt and it’s annoying af.

They have the affordable nature of relying on white supremacy to carry them. It is what it is. It's the greatest RIGHT this country has to offer and it's only available to white-skinned people.

You have to be all around to talk cricket, baseball, football, etc. As a BM, you must be a jack of all trades and master of many. People don't realize the level of intelligence you have to be, to be Black in this field. You must be Ivy material. Even if you were a screwup as a kid, you need to be able to go back and in offers to Columbia, Loyola (IL), and Northwestern. You need to be that nikka or that bytch. It is what it is when you are Black at Fortune 100 companies.

Billionaires want cheap work and that’s the biggest problem. These people from different countries if they got 1/5 of the salary Americans got would be living like the 1% in their country. $50k USD in some countries no BS is like $400k/year here.

So to CEO’s like Musk they see this as an opportunity to get x5 the talent for the same price. A lot of people are coping when they talk about “quality of work” as well because there isn’t an “immigrant team” out there who’s done such poor work that it’s tanked a company. Now with A.I, it’s far more unlikely to happen.

No matter how much we Americans skill up, we’d still be losing unless we take the same pay rate as some foreigner. Yet we can’t because it’s too expensive to live here on those salaries (especially with student loans). That’s what makes this Trump presidency such a big L for us. They’re about to drive every decent-paying field into minimum wage/mid.

Americans deserve everything we have coming. What’s sad is most Americans will never realize the problem was allowing capital to have such an outsized influence in our polices. They’ll just look for a scapegoat to blame.

I was let go not because of performance but I was considered a high paying employee and once we changed directors, the new director wanted to go all Indian and get rid of most of the high cost Americans. Of course, this backfired. But you get 3 people in India for the price of 1 me. That seems like a no brainer till you realize what I was doing isn't replaceable. People don't value elite leadership skills enough and it's the one thing, AI can't replace.

Most white people in white collar jobs are complete garbage, and I say this as a senior manager at a big 5 bank in Toronto.

They talk big game, but they're usually just unmotivated ex-fratboys who ask for big salaries but do nothing but socialize at work. No actual head down work. They also have an unwillingness to work longer hours because a lot of them want to go out and drink every night and every weekend.

There's a bias that protects them, and it's the same bias that requires non-white people to work extra hard and act white to be noticed.

Yeah I’d say at the exception of a few, most companies will be fine swapping out for offshore work.

Like I said, most of these companies have a significant amount of offshore employees on their critical systems and it’s been smooth sailing. That’s reality unfortunately and these CEO’s know it.

My wife’s mother retired as an Engineer for a defense company. Said a lot of immigrants came in and how screwed they’ll be. A few years later everything running fine and maybe better.
