I took a business class 20 years ago, and the professor beat it into our heads all semester long that companies love to chase cheap labor. He then gave us a good 8-10 examples of companies doing this. Starting out with a factory in the US, then outsourcing it to Japan, then Taiwan, then another country...and another.........and it's decades of chasing cheap labor all over the globe. Some people don't realize how far companies will go for cheap labor, the laws that they will bend and sometimes break for cheap labor. It's cheap labor by any means necessary.

I took a work trip with an Indian man to Cleveland of all places. We did not have one thing in common. He is one of the lesser uptight Indians too. We didn’t speak outside of work functions. I realized Indians don’t have interpersonal skills. I’m sure they have fun but they cant relate to people outside of their culture

A lot of it has to do with the amount of control they have over them. A H1B from India that has intentions of going back in just a decade of work here can go back to India and live like a damn king or queen.

Also they have to go back or find a job asap if they get let go so they are corporate drones. Once you get to know them personally, lol you start to realize a lot of it is a front.

My Indian coworkers hate white Americans because a lot of white clients can be blatantly racist the moment they hear the Indian accent.
