It really just ain't many of us. We are tremendous without question and the most all around as we have to be or they will fire us but we are limited in supply. There just aren't many Blacks. Even if you want to declinate the count, it's not many Africans, Caribbean, international Blacks, or black Americans. We are very small percentage in IT. Because of that, we are really talented but we aren't commonplace. Whites are far more common but in highly competitive environments that I've been in, I haven't seen them much. Even the ones I tend to see are eastern Europeans and they are pretty damn good, male or female.All of my compsci classes were full of indians. Not only that but they had exclusive cheating groups that ran so rampant one my professor didn't even stick to the study guide and changed shyt up because of them.
My graduation class(engineering/compsci)? Nothing but Asians. There was only TWO black people(including me) who graduated. Even the whites in the class were looking around like
In fact, Ukraine and Poland is the highest quality from our grades. When I did work with white Americans. They just didn't really have that drive but some did and those were elite. My recent white female boss was elite. The best I've worked with. Former CIO as well. She was elite.
White Americans definitely have the talent but with white supremacy, they aren't gonna live or die on this BS. Elon sees this like most executives. They review everything. Passion is critical to them

When we hear school systems like Baltimore have overwhelming percentages that can't pass standardized math and reading tests there is a general problem. Yet, it relates to directly to what Musk (indirectly) and Bannon (directly) are saying specifically about not being able to fill these high tech engineering positions.
There are geniuses in the most hoodtastic school system and on the street in their 20s. Whether for vocations or technological positions, no reason native born Americans should be incapable of filling these positions.

I've said this a million times, the race has to specialize. No race is as good with their hands and creative with their hands like Black Americans. I know we lost a step with single mothers fukking shyt up but nikkas is back rasing their sons and the skill set is coming back at an elite level.
nikkas gotta make skill training the shyt again but the issue is the hoes. They need to stop p*ssy glorifying drug deals and other dead end paths. We need TV shows like Roc who are all in skilled labor. We need to be working on locking down all of the certs in our field. That's what Black men really need to lock down. Now we know all of us can't do that. I have shytty hands, I'll get fired in 2.3 seconds in any job with my hands. My daddy fired me plenty. I just have shyt hands. My brain is my money maker. I know Mexicans are in skill labor but they aren't as good as Black men. They just aren't on average. Black men got the best hands and best creativity with their hands. Black men also have amazing brains. It might not be academics that shine for many of us but our common sense compared to other races run circles around them and that matters from what I've seen in corporate America.

Biggest problem is, they want people to do it for cheap.
Like with schools such as Caltech, Stanford, M.I.T, UIC, etc. do they think Americans are not capable of doing the work?
The problem is Americans of all races want to get paid big for the complex work.
Billionaires want cheap work and that’s the biggest problem. These people from different countries if they got 1/5 of the salary Americans got would be living like the 1% in their country. $50k USD in some countries no BS is like $400k/year here.
So to CEO’s like Musk they see this as an opportunity to get x5 the talent for the same price. A lot of people are coping when they talk about “quality of work” as well because there isn’t an “immigrant team” out there who’s done such poor work that it’s tanked a company. Now with A.I, it’s far more unlikely to happen.
No matter how much we Americans skill up, we’d still be losing unless we take the same pay rate as some foreigner. Yet we can’t because it’s too expensive to live here on those salaries (especially with student loans). That’s what makes this Trump presidency such a big L for us. They’re about to drive every decent-paying field into minimum wage/mid.

I think hes getting at the fact that per our importance, they dont do the right thing. And they dont. when I was churning out million dollar jobs like nothing i knew bartenders and waiters who took home just as much cash or even managers at stupid stores where you dont gotta know shyt. So now im super stressed, super debt, for what? The future? You get tired of hearing about tomorrows opportunities. Times now. I had to keep changing companies every 1.5 years to get loot. When i went for raise they were like naaaa. New job + 15% each time… you gotta move on to succeed in engineering.
You throw yaself in high debt and you have prolly a too 5 hardest job in world you should be paid for it. Yet we arent. They wan pay us as same as people with no education… And many companies use their ability to send shyt to india for nothing against us.
And i seen indians work… lmao. The whole indian shyt is a mindfukk that dont make sense. They come here. Get certified. Go home snd work for american companies for pennies. Bur live like kings in india. Indians need to be limited because that shyt is no game. Lotta guys dont work cuz of them. Zero social awareness as well. Most engineers are low on that.
