OP is trying to get positive responses and soften Elon's racism.
Cis is an absolutely dumb term. But being 'offended' by it, or trying to make it some slur is incredibly manipulative.

Technically you are only supposed to come up with names for your own group. If you come up with a name for other people outside your group, its up to them to determine whether or not they accept it or find it offensive. if they do find it offensive and you elect to continue using the term anyway it becomes a slur. You can call yourself however you want, you can demand others call you what you want to be called as well, but slur territory is when you try to call others something they didn't ask to be called.
That said Musk is clearly a racist troll, i don't think enough people are yet bothered by the term to consider it a slur outside of people like him trying to play the victim Olympics. he's clearly doing this because he doesn't like transgenders, not because he is offended at being called cisgender.

It's not a derogatory term, it's simply the opposite of transgender. Cis is a latin prefix that means "same side" while Trans means "other side".
For example, the West Bank in Palestine is called Cisjordan in latin/roman languages as it is the West bank of the Jordan river while the East bank was called Transjordan (now simply Jordan).
Cis and Trans were mostly used in chemistry as they identify main molecules that are on the same or opposite side of a chain (not a chemist so my description is probably wrong but you get the idea)
I guess with the rise of LGBT awareness, they took the antonym back and simply used cisgender to label people that were not transgender. Now, every word can be used derogatorily but unless you think transgender is a slur then cisgender is not.
