Near-record point differential but still had 18 losses, had 3 other teams that weren't nearly as stacked finish within 8 games of them. Just felt like they could have been a lot more dominating in a season where there weren't any teams constructed at their level.

Wolves did this and got cooked, Celtics are playing them straight up and it looked like both were gonna go off in the first half. Boston trapped Luka a few times in the 2nd half and let the supporting cast cook. They just not good enough to will Dallas into a win.

Has nothing to do with being stupid, has everything to do with them just not being good enough. Luka Ball with Kyrie as your #2 is more than good enough to whoop lesser teams like the Wolves, ESPECIALLY when they're anchored by not 1 but 2 slowfooted big men easily exploited in the PnR.

We literally watched Minnesota blow games 1 and 2 in the final moments. A team with a better offense and more poise wins both of those games. But besides that, you’re literally describing the stupidity. Boston is playing 5 out while the Wolves kept Rudy on the court all game. That’s why whenever Ant got into the paint the entire Dallas defense was waiting for him. They literally ignored Rudy. Imagine if he had JB’s driving lanes. KAT should’ve played exactly like KP has when he gets smaller guys on him but he was acting like a scrub. They also didn’t consistently attack Luka even though it worked whenever they did. But the overall point was Minnesota’s inept offense disguised the fact that the Dallas role players were mid most of that series.

The starting 5 White/Holiday/Brown/Tatum/Porzingis played a total 34 games together and still went 64-18 and 14-2 in the playoffs.
