I remember that shyt...why the fukk would you try to go up ordown queen anne ave or a similar hill in those conditions
Idk but then again it's hard to avoid hills in Seattle, and the really steep hills in my neighborhood were closed off. The bus part at 3:21 is crazy imagine being a passenger.

Folks in places like the NE have weird defense mechanisms to rationalize staying

I was at a party once and I told someone me n wifey were looking to move to NC. He was like "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.... YOU CANT DO THAT... THEY ARE WILD RACIST DOWN THERE.... THEY WILL KILL YOU"

Meanwhile the only place other than NY he has been is Arizona. So just to put that in context, NC is racist, but the city of Sean Bell, Abner Louima, Amadou Diallo and stop and frisk, and the other state where militias hunt and kill Latinos + laws were enacted to force anyone "brown" to show their "papers" at a moment's notice aren't :beli:

I remember another story on SOHH about two twins... one lived in Jersey the other moved down south... the one in Jersey looks a good 10-15 years older than the one that lived down south :lolbron: :skip:

Dont get me wrong, NYC is one of if not the greatest city in the world, but it's a terrible, terrible, terrible place to live for anyone who isn't white + wealthy.

:ehh: at least you told the truth.

:ohhh: @ that twins story, though.

I actually like shoveling snow.

I could afford the finest snowblower, and can easily move south with my job.

I'm not going to.

Shoveling snow is like deadlifting -- it sucks, but it's stimulating at the same time. I bump the music and get to it. Sometimes I hit the gym after.

I'm midwest ... but I've been thinking of moving to denver. Temps are more mild, but there's still snow ... and, most importantly, no southern people.

East coasy weather is only bad for 3 months a year if that then its great. People who complain about the weather are annoying and weak. Its gonna be 60 here tommorow. It was like 5 the other day it sucked but its really nothing.

Seattle is cloudy basically year round and damp and rainy alot thats not anything to brag about.

fukk the cold. Give me sunshine. You guys can keep your hurricanes and tornados and snow and wind and crap weather. I'll take my chances with earthquakes that I've never felt in my 36 years living in California. if I really want shytty weather I'll go an hour east towards Yosemite for that. I've seen snow once in my life. I wasn't impressed.
