I love having four seasons. Maybe its because its all i know. I cant imagine having 70-85 degrees all year around :scusthov: having that first warm day after winter>>>having it ALL the time and not appreciating it
How would u know this without having lived in a year round warm place

U sound like a domestic violence victim. "When he is not beating my ass he is the best husband ever" :beli:

I lived in NY for 28 years... there is no amount of money I would move back for. I never want to see snow again

Folks in places like the NE have weird defense mechanisms to rationalize staying

I was at a party once and I told someone me n wifey were looking to move to NC. He was like "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.... YOU CANT DO THAT... THEY ARE WILD RACIST DOWN THERE.... THEY WILL KILL YOU"

Meanwhile the only place other than NY he has been is Arizona. So just to put that in context, NC is racist, but the city of Sean Bell, Abner Louima, Amadou Diallo and stop and frisk, and the other state where militias hunt and kill Latinos + laws were enacted to force anyone "brown" to show their "papers" at a moment's notice aren't :beli:

I remember another story on SOHH about two twins... one lived in Jersey the other moved down south... the one in Jersey looks a good 10-15 years older than the one that lived down south :lolbron: :skip:

Dont get me wrong, NYC is one of if not the greatest city in the world, but it's a terrible, terrible, terrible place to live for anyone who isn't white + wealthy.

For real. Got have some sort of paper, i.e. a job and the next destination before closing up shop. I gotta get the fukk outta Philly. I'm over this shyt. 15 min to dig my car out and clean it off, only to spend another 5 min trying to get around the first corner cause Philly can't plow a fukking a street.

Only people who don't know any better say silly shyt like this. Hop on a plane to San Diego tomorrow morning (if the airport isn't shut down :dead: ) and you will never think the same.

Seattle is known for rain but it's really not that bad. It rains often from late September until March/April but even then it's usually light drizzle. From May until September we have beautiful weather and it also doesn't get too hot like the southwest.

This is what happens when we have icy weather
