Sirianni was calling plays and the offense wasn't working so he gave up play calling to Steichen. The offense took off.
Brian Johnson has been terrible but Sirianni said he wouldn't take away his play calling duties. He demoted the DC and gave play calling to Patricia though. He didn't want to put himself out there and take the blame for the offense struggling.
If you can't make any adjustments to stop the team from sliding then what are you doing as head coach?

I don't know. It looks bad that the Eagles seem to give up on coaches hella quick. First it was Pederson, now Sirianni. It's like you get us to the Super Bowl, then one bad season you're out. Not a good look for potential candidates.

Coach couldnt call his way through a game of Madden
Add to the fact the team knows he can't coach his coaches
He doesn't choose his coaches (Stoutland, Desai, Johnson were chosen for him)
He doesn't choose the players he has no authority over them
He never played and never coached this level before
so him saying this is his offense is wild
it's really Frank Reichs offense
... He doesn't call plays..
The team knows he's just puppet..
