This is like taking an old stab wound and opening it up again.

Like a bad bytch telling you she would have hooked up with you if she knew you earlier, but now she is happy in her current relationship.

I just don't want hear Dwight talk about Brooklyn anymore. He shouldn't even be on ESPN New York radio.

That's on Stephen A Smith....

He's the one who invited Dwight onto the show and brought up Brooklyn.

Yall acting like he's just showing up to places talking about this shyt when in reality he's just answering questions reporters keep asking him.

I'm a Lakers fan :win:

IMO the Nets deal was trash because the draft picks they would have gotten wouldn't have been good and being stuck with maxed out Brook Lopez isn't a good look. The Nets deal was better that we they ended up getting though.

The best possible deal they could have gotten was either a straight up trade with the Lakers or a three way deal with Houston.

The deal that eventually got made was Orlando's idea. Mitch Kupchak said he figured the Lakers weren't gonna get Dwight then out of the blue Orlando called up with the framework for the final deal.

I think Orlando was trying to gut teams for everything they had but they bullshytted around so much that some teams (The Nets specifically) moved on.
:what: how can u possibly say dat bullshyt with a straight face :rudy:

Because it's true...

They would have just been swaping the best Center in the league for the second best center. Bynum had the added benefit of being an expiring contract.

The best thing Orlando would have gotten out of the Nets deal was Marshon Brooks.

how u figure... Bynum people said he wanted no parts of ORL
matter of fact he said he'll sign with HOU

and u add da fact of us giving them 4 (#1's)
Plus... if ORL didnt want Lopez they would have gotten a #1 pick from da (4)teams who offered him dat max contract

Bynum never said any of that...His agent came out and said those rumors were bullshyt.

All Bynum said is that he wasn't signing an extension with ANYONE. If Drew was really blocking trades how the fukk did he end up in Philly (which was never mentioned as being on his supposed list)?

And I never said they didn't want Brook Lopez, but I highly doubt they wanted Brook Lopez signed to a max deal with mediocre draft picks, and Marshon Brooks.

as far as Bynum -I listen to central Florida radio to hear there side... and almost daily da major topic was Bynum didn't want to be there, it was a big topic for a while on WHY da best centers don't like da city of Orlando

as far Lopez... I said (( if )) ORL didn't want him
it was also a major topic on air... for some reason he labeled a bum :manny: but can understand why him being a -top 3 scoring- center over da past several years

Like I said Bynum agent said all the reports regarding Drew's preferred destinations were bullshyt. The only stance Drew was taking was that he wasn't going to sign an extension (which makes sense from a business standpoint).

Orlando was probably behind that bullshyt rumor. Philly was nowhere on that imaginary list that Bynum had but that's where he ended up.

Lopez isn't a bum, but he's not nearly as good as you keep trying to make him out to be. He a good scoring big, nothing more nothing less. Dude isn't even top 5 at his position.
