You make it sound as if Dwight creates offense for others, when he has never even averaged 2 assist a game, he's just the product of a fitting system, thanks to SVG...teams dont even have a reason to double Dwight at this point, he cant hold onto to the ball and his weak post game has been exposed

Pau is shooting 41% and is playing the worst he has in years, he doesnt deserve more shots

and Steve just wont shoot, his shot attempts have dropped by 1 or more the last 4 years, shyt he only averaging a shot less than he did last year and he playing with more scorers.. he has ample opportunity to shoot, but he rather pass

I am saying the ball ran through Dwight and they played inside out. This team doesn't. They treat Dwight like a back to the basket center that they just give the ball to anytime they want him to score. His post game isn't good enough for that. He needs more touches to get better looks and he needs more opportunities for lobs. When he can't quickly get a step on his man, he has to be able to kick it back out but in this offense, he has to shoot because it'll be a while before he gets the ball again.

Pau is shooting and playing like shyt but this has been festering for years now. They keep changing his role to fit the cumbersome roles other players are trying to play.

Nash has always looked to pass but he's the team's best shooter and he's shooting a career low in attempts while you got the two lowest percentage guys in MWP and Kobe taking half the team's shots

Maybe Kobe's chucking and lack of defense just isn't a winning strategy this year. It's coming at the expense of the starpower they brought in.

and the ball shouldnt be ran through Dwight cause he aint the same player he was in Orlando, he's not a true #1 option...he's about 75% right now, and considering Dwight leaves about 5-6 points on the floor per game with missed FT's, he can blame his output on his own damn self, getting stripped damn near every time doesnt help either...Bynum didnt get stripped and he was able to get damn near 14 FGA per game

dont blame Kobe, cause Dwight's entire game is based off other spoon feeding him easy buckets

Yea but he's getting Kobe system touches: ie missed Kobe shots that ricocheted into Dwight's hands, or Kobe airballs that Dwight catches and Kobe wants counted as assists.

but i think most of his problem is that he is still recovering from the back injury. he doesn't have the explosiveness right now.

It's not a back issue, his offense has always been putrid, the difference is in Orlando he got more touches and the spacing was better. He's being exposed right now, he cannot play with another post player and that's why Orlando always had a PF that could shoot 3s.

That's why you see Pau now taking 3s, cause Dwight cannot coexist with him being close to the basket. The help D is bothering him, which explains all the turnovers and his efficiency falling off a cliff.

nikka cant work in the post, doesnt have the fundamnetals to do a simple catch and dribble without fukkin up, cant even work the PNR with the best PNR player in the game without getting stripped....yet this nikka should be used more, on a team with Kobe

If you don't want the ball run through Dwight, that's fine, but the reason his numbers aren't the same is because he isn't being used the same. If you want Dwight, Pau, and Nash to put up peak numbers when they're getting valley opportunities, you're going to be a disappointed little kid wearing a cowboy hat and a smedium shirt.
