Surprised Raleigh isn’t ranked.

I love the NC/Triangle life. For decades, this area has been one of America ‘s best kept secrets. Now the secret is out smh.

The only thing still saving us from being flooded by people(more idiots) from other states “looking for a better life” is the fact that most Americans are ignorant and so, as soon as hear the words North Carolina, they’re repulsed by the idea of coming here and automatically think “eww the slow racist dusty south hell no!”

... it’s usually top 10 ... these lists are cool for a tad bit of insight but they’re usually advertorials and highly subjective with a shoddy evaluative criteria ... however 3 NC cities are usually always top 25 (Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte)... for whatever it’s worth

College Park has always been volitle cuz of UMD. But you can see in advertisements some developers are making things look white friendly in other places recently.
