There's no right or wrong answer, it's all opinion-based, they're both almost inarguably in the Top 3-5 ever.

I'm sure if you polled just regular hip hop fans on social media it'd probably be Nas (I notice this all the time on most hip hop posts and shh!t on IG, the love Nas gets compared to Jigga)...if you ask celebrities it's probably gonna be Jay-z. Kinda similar to Kendrick vs. Drake.
